N3 Countdown Privacy Notice

Information stored on your device

N3 Countdown stores your selected test date, available study time, vocabulary-check answers, study history, reminder preference, purchase-access state, and an anonymous product-event queue locally on your device. The app and its widget share this information through an Apple App Group on the same device.

The publisher does not receive this locally stored information from the app.

Apple services

App Store product information, purchases, and restoration are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy policy. Text-to-speech and notifications use operating-system services. Widget refresh timing is controlled by iOS.

Content issue reports

Choosing “Report an issue” opens an editable draft in your mail app. You choose whether to send it and can edit or remove its contents before sending. If you send a report, the publisher receives your sender email address, message, the card and content identifiers, the app and iOS versions included in the draft, and any screenshots or other attachments you add.

While retained, this support data is linked to the sender through the email address. It is used only for customer support and app functionality, and is not used for tracking, advertising, marketing, analytics, personalization, or data brokering.

Deletion and retention

“Delete Study Data” removes the local plan and study history. Deleting the app also removes its local study data. These actions do not remove App Store purchase records; eligible purchases can be restored through Apple.

Support messages and attachments are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and under the publisher’s documented support-retention schedule. You may request deletion of a support message by contacting support with its case reference. This does not delete on-device study data or Apple’s purchase records.

Changes and contact

This notice will be updated before a release that adds an account, cloud sync, external analytics, crash reporting, or another data service.
